Prat founded BPM Geeks (Business Process Management Geeks) dba BURSYS in 2005. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the areas of engineering analysis and design, software design, software integration, consulting in information technology. He has served in the roles as Consultant, Senior Consultant and manager of Advanced Web Technologies at Deloitte & Touche consulting group, Senior Architect at Sapient Corp., Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at eCommLink, a financial services company. During his consulting career, he has worked with some major clients such as Compaq Computer, Pennzoil, Reliant Energy, Pacific Gas & Electric, Anadarko Petroleum, Autobytel, Scholastic, BEA/Oracle and understand the dynamics and challenges of large and small corporations. He has worked in several business domains which include Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Financial services, Engineering, US Postal Service and mailing industry, etc.

Prat has published several papers in internationally known publications and presented at international conferences during his research career in the areas of finite element analysis and developed algorithms for the 3-D space structure analysis.

Prat was inspired by his engagements at Sapient corporation, where he spent lot of time in dealing with offshore teams and resources and saw the growth of this marketplace. He decided to do that on his own the right way and bringing a high quality product to the market that will help even smaller companies to leverage the power of outsourcing with off shoring.

Charu is co-founder of BURSYS and a highly motivated business woman, who has spent time in 90's working as engineer in multinational companies in India. She understands the working environment and challenges faced in the offshore environment that helps her to manage the global operations at BURSYS. She has extensive experience in managing projects which are globally distributed.

Her experience includes engineering experience in new circuit designs and modifying the existing designs; calibration of precision instruments; quality control of the instruments and process control devices.

Mr. Das spent more than 43 years in government service ad retired as Chief Engineer, BBMB, one of the biggest dam's in Asia. Civil engineer by profession, he has spent most of his career in the field of Planning, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Multipurpose River Valley Projects in India and abroad. Had 4300 people reporting to him as Chief engineer and he understands the challenges of managing a large organization in the Indian environment. He has presented several technical papers in the various International/ National conferences that were published in the leading journals and attended International Conferences in USA.
